Warehouse Employee (Lagermedarbetare)

Are You a Proactive Warehouse employee?

As part of scaling up our operations and meeting increased production demand, we are now looking to welcome a new colleague to our warehouse team.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth material flow to production by handling goods, inventory, and warehouse operations with a strong focus on accuracy, structure, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• Receive, register, and store incoming goods, including machine parts and raw materials used in our solar panel production

• Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts and system follow-up

• Pick, prepare, and stage components for production and assembly

• Manage inbound and outbound material flows

• Report inventory movements and transactions in our ERP system Monitor

• Work in Monitor ERP and contribute to maintaining high data quality and structured system usage

• Support daily operations and participate in continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes

What You Bring to the Role

• Experience from warehouse, logistics, or production-related environments

• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and follow processes

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Comfortable working with digital tools and ERP systems

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written

Nice to Have

• Experience working in Monitor ERP, SAP, or similar ERP systems

• Valid forklift license

• Knowledge of Swedish is considered a strong merit
